Chris Blenkinsop is the Director of Provida Services Ltd, he and his small team work as contractors and interim accountants; providing support to in-house accounts and management teams in the fields of:

- IFRS conversion and historical accounts
- Consolidation of group accounts

We are cost effective because we are not a firm of accountants in practice and we are not consultants. We have low overheads and sensible charge out rates.
Who might need us?- Reporting accountants with clients who need to provide historical accounts and cash flows for an AIM listing.
- Managing Directors or Finance Directors needing specific accounting experience not available in house (e.g. IFRS and financial modelling).
Chris Blenkinsop FCCA – Director
Chris worked for the Rentokil Initial Group as a member of their head office accounts team at the Group head office for some 8 years where he was in charge of the head office financial accounts department. There he was responsible for both management and statutory reporting for around 20 head office companies including the Group holding companies. He was also involved in statutory reporting for the period when the group madethe transition to International Financial Reporting Standards.
