Trading groups intending to list on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange
and requiring some assistance with integrated cash flow forecasting and
historical IFRS accounts which form part of the admission documentation. The
forecast must provide a linked profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow as well
as providing the ability to 'flex' certain inputs to allow upside and downside
sensitivities to be tested.
AIM listed groups who have made the transition to IFRS. These groups normally
have very significant operations but may not have this specialist knowledge or
experience in-house. Outsourcing was the obvious solution to the transition to
IFRS and many have continued to require services after the initial changes were
successfully made.
Large and small groups requiring:
* Financial reporting function from the group consolidation stage, right through
to finalising the accounts.
* More complex financial modelling projects for management purposes can also
be undertaken which can be tailored to specific requirements and on a 'bespoke'
basis.
* Budgeting and management reporting. One off system set up or long term
